Gann Markets offers various payment methods including credit and debit cards, eWallets, Wire Transfer.
Please note that we do not accept cash deposits.
To make a deposit, you must first verify your profile.
Open the Deposit page in the My Money section on Gann Markets.
Choose your preferred deposit method and click 'Deposit'.
Select the Gann Markets account or wallet you wish to deposit and fill in the required fields.
Confirm your deposit details on the next page.
Some additional steps may be required from your payment provider.
Details on the processing time for each payment method can be found on our Deposits and Withdrawals page.
If we need to request and verify additional information, the processing time may be longer.
Please note that Gann Markets is not responsible for delays caused by a 3rd party payment processor.
If funds are deposited through the shareholder's personal bank account:
If you are the sole shareholder: Deposits can be made, but withdrawals must be sent back to the bank account that made the original deposit.
If there is more than one shareholder: We need the written consent of all shareholders. Funds will be processed after written approval is received. If a withdrawal is requested, the money must be sent back to the bank account that made the original deposit.

If this is your first deposit with a Credit/Debit card, you will need to upload or email a clear copy of the front and back of your credit card so we can process your request.
The following information should be visible:
Cardholder name (This must match the name used at registration).
name of the issuing bank
The last 4 digits of the card number (all others must be closed).
Credit/Debit card expiration date.
Signature of the cardholder.
CVC2/CVV2 (last 3 digits on the back of your card) should also be turned off.

Please note that some e-wallets may require additional details.

Once the process is complete, you need to upload or email the payment confirmation showing:
Bank account number.
Bank account holder's name (this must match the name used during registration).
Payment details.
Your transfer should be processed within 3-5 business days from the date the money was sent from your account. If your deposit takes longer than 5 business days, please contact our Back Office .
Please note that Gann Markets is not responsible for any additional bank charges.
Go to the Withdrawal page from your account in the 'My Money' section.
Select the payment method and click 'Withdraw'.
Select your account or wallet from which you want to withdraw funds and fill in the required fields.
Select the reason for the withdrawal and click 'Submit'.
Please note that your profile must be fully verified to request a withdrawal.
Withdrawals must be made in proportion to the amount deposited according to the payment method used.
Your withdrawals must be transferred to the same card, e-wallet, bank account used for depositing.
Sample:
First deposit – 600 USD – Credit Card *3333
2nd deposit – 300 USD – Skrill
Total deposited : 900 USD
First withdrawal – 200 USD – must be made using Credit Card *3333
2nd withdrawal - 500 USD – 400 USD must be withdrawn using Credit Card *3333 and 100 USD using Skrill.
Total withdrawn: 700 USD
Please note that in some cases Credit Card withdrawals can only be made within 12 months of the first deposit.
All withdrawal requests are processed by our Department within the same business day, but the time it takes for funds to appear in your account will depend on the payment method used.
To withdraw funds you need to verify your bank account by uploading the bank statement showing:
Go to the 'Internal Transfers' page in the 'My Money' section on Gann Markets.
Select the account you want to transfer money to, the amount and click 'Confirm'.
No, all internal transfers are free.
However, if the currency between the two accounts is different, the funds are converted according to the Gann Markets exchange rates on the day they are transferred to the account.
If your deposit was declined, you should have an email in your inbox explaining the reasons for the rejection.

Your request may have been rejected for one of the following reasons:
Card inactive for online activity
Payment declined by card issuer
3D security (Credit/Debit Card)
Incorrect card information
Invalid verification code (Neteller)
System failure
Invalid email/username (E-wallets)
Closed account
Wrong account number
Wrong currency (Bank – remittance)
Wrong purpose of payment (Bank – money order)
Transaction rejected by the bank
Wrong recipient name (Bank – remittance)

Your request may have been rejected for one of the following reasons:
Insufficient balance.
Wrong details.
Insufficient margin to close open positions.
The payment method used to withdraw funds is different from the one used to deposit.
Withdrawal amount exceeds deposit amount (Credit/Debit Cards).
Withdrawals do not cover payment system fees.
The additional requested information was not provided.
Third party transfer request.

Funds will be credited to your wallet in the following cases:
You chose your wallet instead of your trading account when filling out your request.
If you did not specify the business account number in your transfer request when sending a bank transfer.
A third party is considered to be anyone who is not an owner of the account.
For the purposes of a funding or withdrawal transaction, the name(s) on the GANN.com trading account must be an exact match with the name(s) on the account of the other financial institution.
You can only transfer internally between your own trading accounts.
Transfers can only be made in the currency of these accounts.
There is no minimum/maximum limit for internal transfers.
